Senior Enterprise Account Executive, Acquisition - ANZ

Position Overview

Grafana Labs is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive, Acquisition to drive new business growth across the ANZ region. This role involves prospecting, nurturing, and closing deals with new customers, managing sales forecasts, and tracking customer data. We emphasize a consultative sales approach, focusing on understanding customer needs before presenting solutions. Your expertise will be crucial in articulating product value, guiding customers through the trial phase, and establishing strong relationships for the Growth team. A technical background and experience selling technical products are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed individual quarterly and annual sales goals.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting into net-new customers.
  • Manage all aspects of the sales process, including prospecting, sales meetings, product demos, proofs of concept, proposals, and negotiations.
  • Cultivate sales through both outbound prospecting and inbound leads.
  • Clearly understand and convey the value proposition of Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise.
  • Maintain and manage the sales pipeline effectively within Salesforce.
  • Handle quote creation, order processing, and day-to-day customer requests.

Requirements

  • 5+ Years of Experience in Infrastructure Technology Sales.
  • Demonstrated history of consistent goal achievement in a highly competitive environment (top 10% performer).
  • Possess an energetic, upbeat, entrepreneurial, and tenacious team player attitude.
  • Adaptable with demonstrable experience in high-velocity technology companies.
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with open-source technology is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills across all channels (in-person, online, written) and the ability to build strong working relationships both in-person and virtually.
  • Experience utilizing Command of the Message and MEDD(P)ICC methodologies is ideal.
