Candidates should possess 5+ years of experience in Infrastructure Technology Sales, a demonstrated history of consistent goal achievement in a highly competitive environment (top 10% performer), and an energetic, upbeat, entrepreneurial, and tenacious team player attitude. They should also be adaptable with demonstrable experience in high-velocity technology companies, familiar with Salesforce, and have a familiarity with open source technology, as well as excellent communication skills in all channels (in person, online, and in writing) and the ability to form strong working relationships both in person and virtually. Experience using Command of the Message and MEDD(P)ICC is ideal.
The Enterprise Account Executive will be responsible for prospecting and closing new business across the PacNW region, identifying, nurturing, and closing opportunities with new customers, managing forecasts, and tracking customer data. They will also manage all aspects of the sales process, including prospecting, sales meetings, product demos, proofs of concept, proposals, and negotiations, cultivate sales through outbound prospecting and inbound leads, articulate the value of Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise, become an expert in managing their sales pipeline in Salesforce, and manage quote creation, order processing, and day-to-day customer requests.
