Role

Tines is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to join their West Sales team. This role is responsible for prospecting new customers in the Pacific Northwest, guiding them through the sales cycle, and collaborating with various internal teams (Marketing, Customer Success, Solution Engineers) and external partners (Technology Alliances, Reseller partners). The successful candidate will build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders in the Security and IT sectors, playing a key role in shaping a significant territory for Tines.

Responsibilities

  • Build awareness and drive demand for Tines solutions by demonstrating the value of the automation platform to Enterprise users and customers in the assigned territory.
  • Clearly articulate the capabilities, power, and value proposition of the Tines automation platform.
  • Manage multiple customer opportunities throughout the sales cycle and successfully close complex transactions.
  • Collaborate with channel/tech alliances in the territory to identify and progress customer opportunities for Tines.
  • Uncover new use cases by leveraging internal resources such as allocated BDRs, Marketing, and Channel Partnerships.
  • Actively prospect to supplement lead flow generated by the Business Development Representative team.
  • Partner closely with the Solutions Engineering team throughout the sales cycle.
  • Collaborate across Tines business functions (Legal, Customer Success, Marketing, etc.) to ensure a world-class customer experience.
  • Develop a robust business plan incorporating customer, partner/channel, and community ecosystems to achieve growth within accounts and the specified territory.
  • Work with Sales Leadership to create repeatable strategies for new logo acquisition.
  • Provide feedback to product and go-to-market teams based on insights from customers and prospects.
  • Embody Tines' core values of speed, simplicity, and soundness in daily work.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience.
  • Proven track record of sales success with enterprise customers in the Pacific Northwest.
  • Experience selling technical SaaS solutions to technical stakeholders (e.g., CISO, CIO, CTO, Head of Engineering, DevOps, IT).
  • Ability to prospect for outbound leads, build customer demand, and nurture inbound lead flow.
  • Familiarity with relevant regional IT channel partners and Tech Alliances for Tines.
  • Experience in building new territories from scratch and generating customer demand and opportunities.
  • Successful track record of achieving quarterly goals, metrics, and objectives.
  • Experience in cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Coachability and curiosity, with an openness to feedback and learning from mistakes.
