  • Experience in developing robust customer relationships in a rapidly changing context

Responsibilities

  • Source, develop, qualify, and close new and existing leads and opportunities
  • Develop and implement account plans to build pipeline and deliver on revenue targets via new business acquisition
  • Build relationships with key customer stakeholders and generate sales opportunities
  • Deliver compelling and polished sales presentations
  • Use data, site audits, case studies, and benchmark reports to nurture, advise, and support customers’ decision process
  • Negotiate business terms with senior management, C-level executives, and business owners
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders across a matrixed organization (e.g. Solutions Consultants, Customer Success, Support, Partnerships, SIs, and Services)
  • Provide and report pipeline, forecast, activities, customer needs, and other business opportunities
