Candidates should possess 8+ years of technology solution based selling experience (SaaS, UCaas, Cloud applications, VoIP, CCaaS), a demonstrated sales record of obtaining and exceeding quota, skilled in conducting F2F presentations and online web demos, and a strong understanding of complex sales cycles. A Bachelor’s degree and continued training and education are preferred.
The Enterprise Account Executive - BPO will be responsible for developing a GTM and Business Plan to strategically target existing and new BPO accounts within North America, becoming the subject matter expert on RingCentral services, selling the Enterprise platform, possessing understanding of the BPO market, closing complex deals involving multiple executive stakeholders, managing pipeline and sales activity, accurately forecasting and meeting sales goals, and demonstrating experience in managing complex sales cycles and negotiating win-win agreements based on value based selling.
