Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably within the software industry. Fluency in German is essential, and experience selling SaaS solutions to DACH region customers is highly desirable. Strong understanding of the software sales cycle and account management principles is required.

Responsibilities

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for prospecting and identifying new business opportunities within your assigned territory, engaging with developers, decision-makers, and procurement teams across diverse industries. You will generate leads, manage the sales pipeline, size and quote customer software license needs, and utilize multi-channel strategies to convert prospects into new logos. Furthermore, you will take ownership of your book of business, documenting the buying criteria and process, accurately forecasting opportunity pipeline within Salesforce.com, and supporting marketing efforts with customer-focused campaigns, while proactively contributing to sales team best practices.
