Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in enterprise-level sales or business development roles
  • Experience in consultative, solution-based selling – ideally within a services or digital transformation environment
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to close complex, high-value deals
  • Ability to develop and present strategic account plans and client engagement artefacts
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-first mindset
  • Familiarity with Salesforce (or a similar CRM platform) is advantageous

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end sales process for enterprise-level opportunities, from prospecting to close
  • Identify, target, and engage high-value enterprise clients across various industries
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans and sales strategies to grow revenue and market share
  • Build deep, consultative relationships with key stakeholders (C-level and senior decision-makers)
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business challenges and aligning our digital transformation services to deliver value
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (Product, Delivery, Marketing) to create tailored proposals and winning solutions
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to ensure competitive positioning
