  • 2 - 4 years of hands-on experience within a Mechanical Test Lab setting

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with Concept, NPD, and sustaining teams to provide early mechanical development support
  • Build mechanical prototypes to support teams in the development phase
  • Perform functional tests on early concepts and provide data and reports to engineering designers
  • Maintain a clean and efficient workspace for technicians and engineers
  • Document processes to ensure consistency and formality in the work environment
  • Communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms with internal and external contacts to provide and collect pertinent build information
  • Develop and uphold documentation to align with FDA requirements
  • Ensure a smooth transition to the Mechanical Test Lab
