Candidates should be detail-oriented, capable of multitasking, and experienced in negotiating startup equity.
The Engineering Recruiter will partner with founders and senior leadership to define hiring needs and candidate profiles. They will source and attract a diverse pool of candidates for high-priority technical roles, manage the entire interviewing and hiring process, and lead compensation negotiations. Additionally, they will track recruiting metrics to continuously improve processes and ensure a positive candidate experience.
