Requirements

8+ years of software engineering experience with leadership experience
Strong technical background in modern web development (React, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, etc.)
Experience with databases, including SQL and NoSQL
Experience with backend systems and APIs
Experience with cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS)
Experience managing teams in regulated environments
Track record of successful project delivery and team growth
Strong understanding of software development methodologies

Proven record of managing highly effective engineering teams
