As an Engineering Manager, you will lead and manage a team of 5-10 developers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to foster their growth and success. You will be responsible for ensuring the team delivers monthly releases of SonarQube, collaborating with product managers and designers to develop a clear vision for the squad and aligning their work with company strategy. Additionally, you will participate in an on-call rotation to address critical system issues and contribute to technical architecture and engineering direction, while also fostering a high-performance engineering culture and promoting continuous improvement within the team.
