  • Proven ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code
  • Experience with advanced software development in large-scale, highly available, distributed systems

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and optimize software for data collection agents that run across Windows, Linux, and Mac environments
  • Collaborate with UX designers, Product Managers, and fellow engineers to translate feature requirements into intuitive, high-performance user experiences
  • Own the development lifecycle, from design and implementation to testing and maintenance
  • Develop automated tests and comprehensive test plans to ensure high quality code and product features that work as expected
  • Help maintain and support our SaaS products, including periodic participation in our 24x7 on-call rotations
  • Participate in on-call rotations and be available for stand-by, on-call, or off-hours duties
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products
  • Troubleshoot and debug technical challenges to resolve issues efficiently
  • Ensure deliverables consistently meet high standards of quality and performance
  • Communicate complex technical topics to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
