Responsibilities

The Engineering Manager will lead a team of 6-8 DevOps engineers who build and operate the foundation for Ada's platform, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability. They will enable product engineers to move quickly by providing infrastructure, observability, automation, and developer productivity tooling. Responsibilities include collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver reliable systems and developer platforms, fostering a high-performing engineering culture, managing and supporting the DevOps team through regular 1:1s, acting as a coach and sponsor, fostering team culture and growth, and collaborating with leadership to define infrastructure and reliability roadmaps.
