Requirements

Extensive Software Engineering Experience: 7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, with a strong preference for backgrounds in distributed systems
Proven Engineering Management: 3+ years of demonstrated engineering management experience, specifically within infrastructure or platform teams
Track Record of Success: A proven history of scaling teams, successfully delivering complex projects, and fostering strong partnerships
Effective Cross-regional Relationship Management: Proven ability to deliver results while working with geographically dispersed teams
Cloud Platform Expertise: Experience working with at least one of major cloud service providers, including AWS, Azure, and GCP
Exceptional Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear and effective interactions
