Requirements

Responsibilities

The Engineering Manager will initially function as an individual contributor, writing code and setting technical direction, mentoring engineers, and defining best practices. Responsibilities will evolve to include managing teams, working directly with co-founders, shipping products, and staying close to the code. This role involves leading and growing engineering teams, understanding customer needs, owning project execution from planning to delivery, collaborating with stakeholders on product initiatives, providing hands-on technical leadership in architecture and incident response, shaping the long-term vision for Replo's AI platform, and partnering on talent acquisition and hiring strategies.
