The Engineering Manager will collaborate with Product Management and Engineering Leadership to build services and platforms, manage and prioritize team work through an agile process, and provide mentorship and guidance to team members. They will also provide technical leadership, guide architecture and design decisions, conduct code reviews, and occasionally commit code. The role involves building and supporting a collaborative remote-first culture and driving team velocity, predictability, and satisfaction.
