Responsibilities
- Manage a team of 5-10 engineers, developing services and applications for Cognite Data Fusion (CDF)
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team including designers, product managers, and program managers
- Coach and mentor engineers with diverse backgrounds and seniority levels
- Unblock the team and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve and mitigate problems
- Be actively involved in setting product and technical direction
- Willingness to write code and participate in code reviews and documentation
- “Dogfooding” products to understand user needs
