Responsibilities

The Engineering Manager at Zopa will manage a team of engineers building the platforms and systems that power compelling products for customers, ensuring their engagement and effectiveness. They will collaborate with Product and other stakeholders on strategic planning, conduct capacity planning, performance management, and community building to maximize the team’s ability to meet challenges. Additionally, they will drive quality across all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and champion Agile ways of working in partnership with Delivery, and will be responsible for ensuring the team is performing as effectively as possible.
