Requirements

Candidates must possess at least two years of software engineering management experience utilizing an agile development process, five or more years of experience developing commercial software in Java, a Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science, and demonstrated expertise in object-oriented design and implementation. They should also have proven ability to hire, mentor, coach, and lead a team to success, along with strong communication skills and a proactive approach to working with unknowns and evolving requirements.

Responsibilities
