Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of talented engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, inclusion, and high performance
  • Partner with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to align technical strategies with business goals and translate vision into actionable execution
  • Own and drive technical roadmaps, system architecture, and engineering processes, ensuring technical excellence and scalability
  • Engage in hands-on technical contributions (~5% of your time) through code reviews, architectural discussions, and performance optimizations
  • Cultivate an engineering culture that values learning, experimentation, and collaboration, empowering engineers to make informed decisions
  • Navigate complex projects within a regulated industry, ensuring security, compliance, and best practices are embedded in all aspects of development
  • Leverage AI tools and collaborate with AI/ML experts to integrate intelligent systems into our platform
  • Make data-driven decisions, continuously improving engineering processes and product outcomes
  • Advocate for modern engineering best practices and help shape the future direction of technology at Omada Health
