Requirements

Experience in leading IT projects and working in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
Understanding of agile product development processes or software development lifecycle
Experience in managing ambitious and engaged teams of experts
Leadership skills (motivating, developing employees, promoting autonomy and responsibility, engaging and appreciating staff)
Proactive attitude, openness to implementing new solutions, and seeking optimization opportunities
Readiness to actively participate in solving systemic problems, managing, and mitigating related risks
Very good command of English (spoken and written)
Preferred: Experience working in a DevOps environment

Responsibilities

Supporting the Product Owner in managing the backlog, planning IT product development, and defining complete and clear business scope for Product Increments
Organizing and facilitating Planning stages for Product Increments, collaboratively developing plans and schedules with experts and dependent units, while improving KPI Accuracy of Planning
Monitoring the IT product delivery process in line with Product Owner priorities and established schedules, considering KPI Accuracy of Delivery
Actively collaborating with Release Management, IT Services Area, Solution Architects, Product Owners, and Project Managers on Product Increment delivery processes
Managing risks during IT product implementation stages
Implementing the domain/area development roadmap in accordance with the IT strategy developed by Solution Architects
Jointly developing Quality Gates with Solution Architects for each Product Increment delivery level (analysis, development, testing) and strictly monitoring compliance
Ensuring continuous reduction of capacity spent on BAU activities (e.g., handling LIVE issues like bugs and complaints) in favor of production capacity through corrective, improvement, and automation actions
Ensuring timely execution of tasks related to WBSI systems under squad care (audits, pentests, removing obsolescence, vulnerabilities, etc.)
Managing technical debt and other tasks related to ongoing team operations
Identifying employee development needs, co-creating career paths, and supporting their implementation
Supporting teams in understanding agile software development principles and values
