Requirements

  • Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and manufacturing best practices (Bill of Process, Bill of Equipment)
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless execution and successful product launches
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives across Manufacturing Engineering, Strategic Suppliers, and Product Engineering
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage project budgets and forecasts, driving cost reduction strategies
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in manufacturing engineering
