Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of CAE engineers specializing in thermal, electrical, and co-sim
  • Oversee the execution of simulation activities including thermal management, durability, electrical high voltage/12V, and multi-physics analyses
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance simulation methodologies, tools, and workflows
  • Collaborate with global engineering teams to integrate simulation results into design decisions and product development cycles
  • Ensure timely delivery of simulation results that meet quality standards and program milestones
  • Drive innovation in virtual validation through adoption of emerging technologies such as AI/ML, automation, and digital twins
  • Manage resource allocation, team development, and performance evaluations
  • Represent the CAE group in technical reviews, program meetings, and leadership forums
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing across the organization
