Requirements

  • Experience translating technical design requirements into sales presentations
  • Skills in preparing proposals with cost-effective solutions addressing configuration challenges
  • Ability to recommend product bundles with accurate pricing and promotional discounts
  • Capability to set expectations, follow up on project timelines, and drive sales closure
  • Experience training and coaching sales professionals on advanced voice solutions
  • Exercise independent judgment and discretion in significant matters
  • Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; ability to work nights, weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as necessary
  • Skills: Collaborating, Customer Experience (CX), Troubleshooting

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical sales support on Advanced Voice services to achieve target budgets for aligned sales professionals
  • Act as the technical expert during the presales process and support customer's technical team to bridge needs with Comcast services
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to market and sell voice product lines as bundles or standalone offers
  • Create and deliver sales presentations demonstrating technical knowledge of Comcast products and services
  • Prepare proposals including cost-effective solutions for customers
  • Recommend appropriate product bundles with accurate pricing and promotional discounts for multi-product orders
  • Set appropriate expectations and follow up with customers on project timeline and completion
  • Drive sales closure to shorten the sales cycle and achieve goals and objectives
  • Train and coach sales professionals to understand and sell advanced voice solutions
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
  • Understand and apply Operating Principles; own the customer experience; be knowledgeable about products and services; win as a team; participate in Net Promoter System; drive results and growth; support inclusion; do what's right for stakeholders
