The Engagement Marketing Program Manager will lead the end-to-end creation and execution of multi-channel member outreach campaigns, including email, mail, digital events, and creative campaigns, while writing, editing, and testing copy to engage different population segments. They will partner with Customer Success and clients to recommend rollout strategies, maintain campaign calendars and documentation, own and improve workflows for launching campaigns at scale, and identify new growth or engagement opportunities based on campaign data and audience behavior.
