Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience of project management with HCM or Financial implementations within medium or large enterprise
  • 3+ years of experience implementing Workday, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft or similar applications
  • Successful candidates have a balance of functional (business) and technical experience

Responsibilities

  • Learn and apply the Workday methodology to successfully lead Workday project teams deploying Finance / Human Resources / Procurement solutions
  • Guide customers through the deployment lifecycle across projects in all types of industries, from medium size deployments to very large and sophisticated global deployments
  • Resolve challenges creatively by partnering with Workday delivery leadership, consultants, and resource management teams
  • Deliver expected value to customers on time and on budget, with the best customer experience from project start up through go-live
  • Manage customer deployment success and satisfaction
