The Engagement Manager requires 2-3 years of customer-facing project management or business consulting experience, demonstrated desire to work in a leveraged manner, excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, excellent organizational skills, the ability to set own task lists and timelines, the ability to negotiate with customers the benefit of Replicant, and a Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent.
The Engagement Manager will provide project engagement advisor services for Replicant deployments, including building customer relationships, advising customers on the best practice use of Replicant solutions, and managing deployment projects, working with Replicant teams and business partner resources, staffing projects with appropriate resources, creating and enforcing Replicant’s implementation methodologies, running projects with Replicant customers, and serving as the Professional Services account owner for customers with active implementation projects.
