Responsibilities

Actively assist customers in the selection of the proper SBD Power Tools
Build and maintain a qualified customer database for the immediate area in industry and build sector
Technical support for customers, sales representatives and key account managers, responding their questions
Participation in trade fairs, presentations of products, actively participate and take leadership in customer events, demonstrations and appreciation days
Monitoring of competitors on the local market
Other in-store activities include: initiate professional in-store visit, maximize cross merchandising and second site product placement opportunities, execute inventory management actions, conduct in-aisle product training, and be willing at all times to engage in end user sales advice
