Requirements

  • Strong leadership and people management skills, including supporting career development and growth opportunities for product managers
  • Ability to provide forums for feedback from teams, stakeholders, and leadership, aggregate it, and activate it meaningfully
  • Skills in resolving conflicts quickly to minimize churn
  • Evidence-based influencing skills to enlist and enable stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team focused on elevating the in-store experience through service innovation, experiential design, and performance-driven solutions
  • Transform physical retail into a destination with personalized fittings, equipment services, and immersive experiences using technology, operational excellence, and human-centered design
  • Organize and communicate a cohesive strategy with the business and technology peers across products in the portfolio
  • Provide macro views of priorities and executive-friendly updates on team successes, value delivered, and lessons learned
  • Enable product teams to deliver against planned roadmaps and outcomes aligned to portfolio goals
  • Drive alignment on organizational priorities and investments, working regularly with teammates
  • Assess capacity with peers and teammates to meet commitments on an ongoing basis
  • Manage up to six product managers, providing direct oversight for organization and delivery of high-quality products
  • Support ongoing career development and growth opportunities for the team
  • Seek, aggregate, and activate feedback from teams, stakeholders, and leadership in meaningful ways
  • Resolve conflicts quickly to minimize churn
  • Expand influence through strategy, decision making, coaching, and management
