Responsibilities

Co-construct and implement actions from the store's Roadmap, accompanying the team in execution
Ensure application of sales policies in stores, aligned with Kiabi's Vision
Guarantee and optimize Kiabi's fashion image in the store
Train, motivate, and communicate to the team about merchandising basics, updates, and visual identity; gather and prepare necessary information
Analyze impact of Visual Merchandising actions, propose transversal action plans to improve KPIs and business profitability
Animate the WOW cross-channel shopping experience
Analyze store results with the Store Leader to propose proactive/reactive measures/actions
Ensure safety measures, norms, and procedures from the Risk Prevention Plan and company definitions, promoting health and well-being at work
Perform store openings and closings equitably with the permanent team, respecting procedures (schedules, attendance, fund management, truck reception, security of people and goods, etc.)
Train, motivate, and accompany the team functionally throughout their employee journey (onboarding, development actions), ensuring a WOW experience for good performance and talent development
Coordinate and accompany the team in day-to-day operations
Ensure correct administrative management of collaborators and strict respect for legal norms (hiring, vacations, schedules, absences)
