Requirements

Candidates should possess 4-6 years of experience in Employee Relations or as an HR Generalist, HR Manager, or HR Business Partner, with experience owning Employee Relations actions across a diverse workforce, including hourly and nonexempt workers. Experience managing employee immigration processes and global mobility policy is also required.

Responsibilities

The Employee Relations & Policy Lead will conduct thorough investigations into allegations of company policy violations, serving as a Subject Matter Expert on employee relations actions and providing sound perspectives and recommendations. This role involves liaising with internal and external stakeholders to manage employee immigration actions, adhering to investigative best practices and ensuring legal compliance. The Lead will also own leave and reasonable accommodation processes, partner with HRBPs and People Ops members, and provide strategic guidance to HRBPs on a variety of employment matters. Additionally, they will create and iterate on People policies, procedures, and the Employee Handbook, and support internal projects as needed.
