Responsibilities

  • Provide supervision and development opportunities for management and hourly Associates, promoting a belonging mindset
  • Uphold the Company's Open Door Policy by meeting with Associates, listening to concerns, researching issues, and providing resolutions
  • Ensure compliance with Company policies by holding teams accountable, monitoring controls, and implementing action plans for deficiencies
  • Initiate, direct, and participate in community outreach programs, champion Company-sponsored events, and emphasize Facility's community role
  • Drive financial performance by achieving sales/profit goals, controlling expenses, developing correction plans, and overseeing budgets
  • Model, enforce, and guide proper customer service to resolve needs, complaints, and issues
  • Direct management team in facility operations, merchandising, and communication of company direction
  • Drive sales through effective merchandise presentation, pricing, signing, inventory levels, and forecasting
