Requirements

Candidates should possess over 5 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or sales, preferably within hospitality technology, or have direct experience with hospitality brands. A proven ability to build and manage successful partnerships that drive business results, negotiate and close strategic deals, and experience with Salesforce and Google Suite are essential. Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in additional languages being a plus. Preferred qualifications include experience with hotel tech, travel, or hospitality software solutions, a strong understanding of the EMEA Hospitality market, experience managing partnerships across multiple EMEA regions, and the ability to communicate complex technical integrations.

Responsibilities

The EMEA Partnerships Manager will identify, engage, contract, and nurture strategic partners in the EMEA region, including channel partners, resellers, and integration partners. They will establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners, manage the full lifecycle of partnerships, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop joint go-to-market strategies. Responsibilities also include setting and tracking KPIs for partnerships, reporting on progress to leadership, and leading negotiations for mutually beneficial agreements.
