Requirements

Candidates should have 3–4 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, ideally in wellness, education, or a similar industry, along with strong writing skills focused on customer experience and clear messaging. Proficiency in Klaviyo is required, with experience in Hubspot being a plus, and a comfort level with data and the ability to translate it into actionable insights is also necessary. Strong organizational and project management skills are needed, and experience with considered purchase cycles, the ability to switch between different business models (CPG, media, education), and an interest in health, wellness, or personal development are considered beneficial.

Responsibilities

The Email Marketing Manager will build and manage email and SMS flows to support product discovery, course consideration, and content engagement, owning campaigns from brief to execution including writing, audience segmentation, and reporting. They will work with creative and data teams to improve messaging and target key points in the customer journey, run A/B tests to improve performance metrics like open rates, clicks, and conversions, and use performance data to inform strategy and campaign planning.
