Candidates should have 3+ years of hands-on Klaviyo experience in the DTC eCommerce space, a strong understanding of email deliverability best practices, including DNS, spam filters, and domain warming, an analytical mindset with experience optimizing email flows, segmentation, and engagement metrics, and the ability to manage large subscriber lists (20,000 - 200,000+) and drive measurable results.
The Email Marketing Manager will manage and optimize Klaviyo flows and campaigns, including segmentation, integrations, and tracking; oversee deliverability strategies, ensuring strong sender reputation and inbox placement; develop high-impact email marketing strategies to maximize revenue and retention; continuously test and refine campaigns based on analytics, segmentation, and performance data; collaborate with designers, copywriters, and strategists to create engaging, high-converting email content in a fast-paced environment.
