Requirements

  • Ability to make a minimum of 60 telemarketing calls daily to prospects
  • Capacity to close monthly sales effectively (minimum expected $17,000,000 in new clients)
  • Proficiency in Salesforce for profiling, validating clients, sending proposals, and registering management activities
  • Knowledge of the company's Vinculación Policy and procedures for client verification, due diligence, and document filing
  • Skills in consultative selling to identify client needs and offer appropriate products/services
  • Willingness to attend trainings and capacitations by HR and team leaders to strengthen product knowledge and skills

Responsibilities

  • Promote commercial alliances with trade associations and potential clients like service integrators targeting SMEs, building integral relationships across company areas to increase VP of SME revenues and meet goals
  • Perform daily telemarketing to prospects
  • Schedule appointments with profiled clients from telemarketing
  • Visit clients at their company facilities
  • Conduct necessary verifications per training and current Vinculación Policy
  • Offer solutions through consultative sales to identify needs and provide suitable portfolio products/services
  • Send accurate and timely proposals to profiled, validated clients in Salesforce
  • Increase natural client base daily via referrals and cold prospecting
  • Review and execute monthly client forecasts and budgets
  • Report daily phone and in-person management to director/coordinator
  • Provide continuous follow-up to clients to ensure sales
  • Manage activities to grow potential client base
  • Register all client management in Salesforce for updated status
  • Comply with Vinculación Policy in every process phase
  • Perform due diligence on client documents and file with sales support areas
  • Accompany clients in post-sale product processes
