Responsibilities

As the Education Services Practice Director, you will oversee the development and delivery of training programs for Veeva’s Education Services, focusing on North America and Europe. This includes managing a distributed team of technical instructors and training coordinators, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality learning experiences. You will be responsible for creating and implementing development programs to deepen real-world skills and knowledge for the instructor team, as well as conducting audits and monitoring key business metrics. Additionally, you will advise management on HR-related risk mitigation strategies, create strategic partnerships, and drive the successful implementation of Veeva products.
