The Ecosystem Development Associate will prospect and engage new clients within the crypto/Web3 ecosystem. They will represent Magna at industry conferences to build relationships and generate high-quality leads. Daily outreach on platforms like Telegram, Discord, and LinkedIn is expected to identify, qualify, and nurture potential customers. The associate will maintain a structured pipeline of engaged prospects, work closely with sales executives to drive conversions, and leverage networking opportunities for referrals. They will diligently update and track prospecting efforts within the CRM and report directly to the Head of Business Development with regular updates on outreach efforts and results.
