Description: This role is for talent pooling purposes. While there may not be an immediate opening, we are gathering a network of qualified candidates for future opportunities. As an E-commerce Support Specialist, you’ll play a key role in managing product presentation, optimizing inventory strategies, and enhancing online experiences to increase brand loyalty.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in E-commerce merchandising, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Platform Experience: Proven track record of driving E-commerce sales growth and improving the online shopping experience.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with Shopify, Adobe Commerce, or similar E-commerce platforms.
  • Data Analysis: Strong data analysis skills, with experience in tools like Shopify Analytics, GA4, and Supermetrics.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Project Management: Self-motivated and proactive, with excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
  • Tools: Proficiency with digital tools like Jira for task management.
  • ERP Systems: Experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems (preferred).
  • Communication: Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

  • Product Merchandising & Online Experience:
    • Lead the product merchandising process for B2B and B2C E-commerce platforms.
    • Ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are engaging and aligned with brand messaging.
    • Manage and configure B2C web stores for seamless customer experiences.
    • Collaborate with web developers and designers to enhance site functionality and user experience.
  • Inventory & Sales Optimization:
    • Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with senior management to optimize stock and reordering strategies.
    • Provide detailed sales and inventory analysis, offering insights on product performance and forecasting trends.
    • Track key E-commerce sales and web metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement.
    • Work closely with Rider Support and Sales teams to resolve issues and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Collaboration & Digital Marketing Support:
    • Partner with the digital marketing team to execute campaigns, including email marketing and promotions.
    • Coordinate with multiple departments to manage orders, gather creative assets, and introduce new products.
    • Contribute to the development of softgoods line plans and promotional schedules to boost revenue.
