Responsibilities

As an E-commerce Support Specialist, the role involves leading the product merchandising process for B2B and B2C E-commerce platforms, ensuring engaging product descriptions and images, and managing B2C web stores for seamless customer experiences. Responsibilities also include monitoring inventory levels, providing sales and inventory analysis, optimizing stock strategies, collaborating with the digital marketing team on campaigns, coordinating with multiple departments to manage orders and introduce new products, and contributing to the development of softgoods line plans and promotional schedules. The Specialist will track key E-commerce sales and web metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and work closely with Rider Support and Sales teams to maintain high customer satisfaction.
