Responsibilities

  • Lead the eCommerce team, including PIM specialist and eCommerce Marketing Manager
  • Lead discovery and planning efforts to define regional go-to-market strategies, focusing on growth through eCommerce and digital channels (customer portals, eProcurement, online marketplaces)
  • Translate business objectives into scalable digital solutions by gathering and documenting business processes, technology needs, data flows, and localization requirements, particularly for eCommerce launch and expansion in EMEA
  • Drive cross-functional project execution, developing detailed project plans that prioritize speed-to-value, revenue impact, and delivery within scope and budget
  • Act as the connective tissue across business units, regional teams, IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Operations to ensure alignment, clarity, and momentum on shared eCommerce growth goals
  • Maintain proactive stakeholder communication, managing expectations and surfacing risks and opportunities early
  • Expand digital footprint and accelerate revenue through direct and indirect eChannels (eCommerce, eProcurement, digital marketplaces)
  • Provide strategy, development, and commercialization of high-impact digital experiences
  • Own initiatives from concept to execution, including marketing activation, systems analysis, and enterprise-level project management
  • Successfully launch and grow eCommerce in EMEA geographies, enabling localized digital selling at scale and unlocking new revenue streams
