Requirements

  • 8+ years of operational leadership experience
  • 5+ years of retail pricing experience
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL (5+ years)
  • 5+ years of experience building and consuming data visualizations (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Demonstrated P&L ownership mindset

Responsibilities

  • Own the vision and roadmap for the pricing system (descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive)
  • Establish management systems, KPIs, and reporting rhythms for the pricing team
  • Lead daily SKU-level review deep dives to validate system performance
  • Develop, implement, and refine dynamic pricing strategies
  • Establish a test-and-learn environment using data-based approaches (e.g., A/B tests)
  • Drive actual-to-goal reporting and gap analysis
  • Create and maintain documentation and SOPs for pricing systems and operations
  • Manage and mentor the Pricing Team
  • Collaborate with Merchandising, Finance, Software & Technology, and Business Intelligence teams
