The Customer Service Representative will handle a high volume of inbound phone calls in a challenging and fast-paced environment. They will identify the root cause of complex issues, convey realistic expectations, and find the best resolution for eBay, buyers, and sellers. Responsibilities include demonstrating special care and connection with customers to build brand loyalty, applying judgment to proactively resolve issues, and adhering to performance metrics such as average handle time, resolution rate, customer satisfaction, schedule adherence, compliance, and quality.
