Requirements

Candidates should possess proven experience as an Ecommerce Specialist or Digital Marketer, a strong understanding of ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, and Magento, proficiency in using analytics tools like Google Analytics, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, a creative and innovative mindset, and familiarity with SEO, SEM, and PPC management. They should also have experience with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp and Klaviyo, and social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer. A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required.

Responsibilities

The Ecommerce Specialist/Digital Marketer will be responsible for managing and optimizing ecommerce platforms, developing and implementing digital marketing strategies across various channels, creating compelling content for product listings and marketing materials, monitoring and analyzing website and campaign performance using analytics tools, optimizing website content for search engines, managing PPC campaigns, developing and executing email marketing campaigns, managing social media accounts, ensuring a seamless customer experience, conducting market research, and providing regular reports and actionable insights to improve strategies.
