Candidates should possess proven experience in e-commerce sales and lead generation for both B2C and B2B segments, exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, comfort with both cold and warm outreach via email, phone, and social media channels, and a highly organized, self-motivated, and data-driven approach. Familiarity with CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and Google Sheets is also required, and experience managing email marketing campaigns is a bonus.
The E-commerce Salesperson will proactively identify, pursue, and convert high-value sales opportunities within both B2B and B2C markets, engage potential leads through website chat, social media activity, and analysis of purchaser data, develop and maintain a structured lead generation and sales roadmap, follow up consistently with B2B account holders and influencers, assist in strategizing and managing targeted email marketing campaigns, identify upsell and repeat purchase opportunities, and collaborate closely with internal teams to leverage sales trends and customer feedback.
