Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in a related area

Responsibilities

  • Co-creating and implementing the payroll office strategy aligned with bank goals, complying with legal regulations and internal policies
  • Ensuring timely and accurate execution of payroll processes, including salary settlements, public-law burdens, and mandatory reporting
  • Searching for and implementing innovative solutions in payroll processes, aligned with market trends, practices, and employee expectations
  • Communication activities regarding payroll processes and promoting implemented solutions
  • Ensuring high standards in providing payroll information to employees
  • Representing the employer before state authorities, regulators, and entities performing control and audit functions
  • Ensuring correctness of controls in the area of responsibility during internal and external audits
  • Ensuring confidentiality and security of employees' personal data
  • Building effective cooperation with other bank units
  • Supporting, motivating, and engaging the team in daily tasks and projects for common success
