Requirements

  • Proven track record in consultative selling within enterprise software, preferably in observability, APM, cloud, or DevOps domains
  • Strong understanding of Dynatrace and similar platforms (e.g., Datadog, New Relic, AppDynamics)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport with both technical and business stakeholders
  • Experience working with complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder environments
  • Familiar with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger Sales, BANT or other
  • Master degree in Business, IT, or related field; MBA is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, understanding their business challenges and aligning Dynatrace solutions to meet strategic goals
  • Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and solution presentations with C-level stakeholders and technical teams
  • Collaborate with pre-sales engineers, marketing, and delivery teams to craft compelling value propositions
  • Drive pipeline growth through targeted outreach, relationship building, and strategic account planning
  • Stay current on Dynatrace capabilities, industry trends, and competitive landscape
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure
  • Leverage the DXC Dynatrace partnership network
