Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional experience, prefer experience as a Coordinator or Trainer
  • Outstanding Guest service skills with strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Demonstrated computer proficiency within a Windows environment
  • Experience communicating with multiple lines of business and levels of leadership
  • Experience with high volume and fast-paced environment including general correspondence and other tasks as needed
  • Experience making decisions, problem-solving, and giving feedback
  • Ability to work effectively independently or within a team
  • Ability to work both in a standing and sitting position throughout the day, and escort guests and members to DVC Showrooms
  • Ability to move and lift 35 pounds
  • Ability to be flexible with work schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred: Possess a valid State of Florida driver’s license
  • Preferred: Familiarity with Disney Vacation Club
  • Preferred: Experience with MeRlin (Salesforce)
  • Preferred: Disney System Knowledge
  • Preferred: Experience working in a sales or membership environment
  • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

  • Maintain daily operations sheet and implement same-day movement plans using the company’s deployment system
  • Complete opening and closing checklists for Welcome Home Centers, supporting both backstage and onstage operations, including tours, group presentations, and model viewings
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Guest Service recovery
  • Confirm eligibility and distribute tour incentives as needed
  • Provide day-to-day support to Sales Associates, Vacation Club Guides, and Sales Leadership through phone-based inquiries
  • Lead sales operations efforts through various projects, including technology, cruise offerings, training, or incentives
  • Request and handle security access for Open House visitors
  • Compile and correlate end-of-day Sales reports
  • Relay operational concerns and propose process improvements to leadership
  • Log and handle in-person interactions in Salesforce, ensuring updates to the sales lineup
  • Adjust operations based on demand, following established procedures and standards
  • Monitor equipment and systems, report concerns to relevant departments, and keep partners advised
  • Submit maintenance requests using HotSOS
