Responsibilities

The Driver Recruitment Specialist will support Via's driver recruitment for the DACH market, coordinating hiring targets with supply planning teams. The role also involves taking responsibility for driver base data, ensuring compliance standards are met, prioritizing operational issues, implementing solutions, and working with interdisciplinary teams to scale processes.
