Candidates should possess previous experience in document production or a similar role, with an accurate typing speed of at least 70 words per minute and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. A MOS qualification or working towards certification is preferred.
The Document Production Specialist will produce and amend correspondence, documents, reports, deeds, and attachments using DP systems and procedures, create PowerPoint presentations and spreadsheets, proofread and check documents for accuracy, liaise with team leaders and legal PAs, manage workloads to meet deadlines, maintain accurate job logs, and effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
